After my husband and I became empty-nesters, we moved to Nelson, BC. I signed up for a Collage class, a new venture in art and a spark was ignited. In the first grouping of collages, I explored Separation from family and settling in a new land, BC! (2009)
Blueprints of Youth evolved when I was inspired to tear pages from my old sketchbook (1982-84); sketches that were just as happy to sit in a box and mind their own business! Then I regrouped and energized those sketches into mixed media collage stories (2010).
….and ending with a couple of misc. pieces.
